Deployed Across Canada

Baumanis Timber Contracting deploys Type II and Type III contract crews to active wildfire incidents across British Columbia, Alberta, and Canada under mutual aid agreements. Our Wildfire Response Capabilities

How We Deploy

Our contract crews operate under provincial and federal coordination. When a wildfire incident escalates, Baumanis mobilizes experienced personnel with the certifications, equipment, and field readiness required for immediate deployment. Crew members hold certifications including S-100 through S-300, ICS training, CAGC chainsaw competency, and BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) faller credentials.

We maintain year-round operational readiness — not just during fire season. Our crews deploy to wildfire incidents, prescribed fire operations, and post-fire rehabilitation projects across western Canada.

Certifications & Standards

Baumanis is SAFE certified through the BC Forest Safety Council. Our crews hold certifications including S-100 Basic Fire Suppression, S-185 Entrapment Avoidance, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), ICS-100/200, and WorkSafeBC compliance. All danger tree personnel are certified under BC Faller and CAGC-3 standards.
